How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they have been opened. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the cost of the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

ZipPay (Buy now Pay later)
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of you placing your order Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
We use Australia Post to deliver our orders: Please be aware that we are restricted by the Delivery times provided by Australia Post and as such cannot guarantee any of the below delivery estimates.
Your delivery options include
- Standard Free shipping – untracked 2-6 Busines Days
- Tracked Shipping – 2-6 Business Days (Tracing Number will be provided)
- Express Post – 1-2 Business Days (Depends on your location)
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using Standard Australia Post services will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is included in your purchase price. This shipping method is based on the most cost effective method available to us. If you wish to have your order shipped by another method ie: Tracked express post, please select the appropriate option during checkout.
Some of the items in our store are only available on backorder/special order, in this case it will be indicated before you purchase. If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder. We endeavour to order from our suppliers each week so your item should be shipped as soon as we receive it. In the event that our supplier is out of stock, we will contact your to advise you and give you the option to wait or we will be happy to provide you with a full refund for your purchase. If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
